Get your own ordering app, with your name, your menu, and your regulars. Zero commission per order. Live in about two weeks.
"You keep" = commission no longer paid on switched orders, minus card processing (about 3.5%) and the chalkthis. Direct plan ($399/mo). These are estimates, not a guarantee. Delivery orders use on-demand drivers at a flat per-trip fee, usually paid by the customer.
An app built for your restaurant, not a listing next to 400 competitors. Customers add it to their home screen in one tap. Nothing to download from an app store.
Your logo, your colors, your full menu with photos. Reorder a favorite in two taps.
Pickup out of the box. Delivery through on-demand drivers when you want it. No fleet, no hiring.
A digital punch card, points, and a birthday treat. Your regulars order more often.
Slow Tuesday? Send one offer to people who've already ordered and fill the kitchen.
Every name, number, and order belongs to you. Export it anytime. DoorDash never shares theirs.
Orders deposit into your own Stripe account. We never touch your money or take a cut.
We handle the build, the photos, the setup, and the staff walkthrough. You approve it.
15 minutes. We look at last month's app statement together and do the math.
Your menu, brand, rewards, and payments, set up and tested on your phones.
Bag inserts, table tents, and a counter sign that move regulars to your app.
Menu changes, specials, and monthly offers. Text us and it's done.
Keep DoorDash for new customers.
Bring your regulars home.
You don't have to quit the apps. They're a decent billboard for strangers. But your regulars already love you. Why pay 25% every time they order?

"I spent 20 years in restaurants. I know what 30% does to a 5% margin."

No. Most owners keep them for new customers. Your app is for the people who already order from you every week. Every one of those orders that comes direct is commission you keep.
They don't have to. Your app opens from a link or a QR code and adds to their home screen in one tap, with no app store. We give you bag inserts, table tents, and a counter sign that give regulars a reason to switch, like free garlic knots on their first direct order.
Your own drivers if you have them. If you don't, on-demand drivers from DoorDash Drive or Uber Direct, at a flat fee per trip (about $7 to $10) instead of a percentage. Most restaurants pass that on as a delivery fee.
Those tools are fine if you have time to set them up and run them. Free DoorDash ordering still keeps your customers in DoorDash's world. You get a branded app you own, rewards, texting, and a local person who builds it, launches it, and updates it when you text him.
A one-time setup plus a flat monthly fee, with no per-order fees and no long contract. We go over exact pricing at the Fee Check, after we've seen your numbers. If saved commissions haven't covered the monthly fee by day 90, you don't pay the monthly until they do.
Good. We work around what you have. Orders can print to your kitchen and show on a tablet, and we'll show you where your current setup leaves money behind.
Bring last month's DoorDash or Uber Eats statement. I'll show you exactly what you paid and what you'd keep with your own app. If it doesn't make sense for you, I'll tell you.
